What if I already have a website hosted with somewhere else?

We can move your entire site to our hosting platform in a matter of minutes. We just need your user name and password to your current web host.

How can a Blog (web log) be used to market massage?

Marketing massage is about TRUST & EDUCATION. Your Blog is a great way to educate your prospects and build trust.

Does the MassageLaunch system include a new domain name?

It sure does. You choose your domain name and you'll give this to us when you complete your sign-up form. You need to make sure the domain name you choose is available, and you can do that here.

What is a domain name?

A domain name is a website address or "URL", like www.massagelaunch.com

Will I own my domain name?

Yes, the domain registration will be in your name, and you will be the only owner.

How long does it take to create a site using the Site Builder tool?

If you really take your time - a few hours. If you move quickly...45 minutes. You'll probably only do this once...so why not take your time?

How reliable is your web hosting?

We guarantee 99.9% uptime.

How do I make changes to my site later on?

You'll just access Site Builder through your website control panel (we'll give you your login and link in your Quick Start quide)

How Do I incorporate my logo or other images I have in my new website?

It's easy to add images or logos when creating your site with site builder. If you haven't tried the Site Builder demo, you can do that here.

Are there any extra fees for the Massage Receptionist phone service?

Your MassageReceptionist line includes unlimited inbound minutes.

Are there any per-minute costs for the phone service?

No.

How much does it cost to add a toll free number to my service?

There's a one time $10.00 fee to add a toll free number.

Can I choose a vanity toll free number?

Yes. There's a one time charge of $25.00 for a vanity number. Just email or call us to let us know which number you'd like and we can see if it's available. If it's not available, we will provide you with a list of possible alternate choices that you might like.

Are there per-minute charges for the toll-free service?

Yes, Toll free minutes are charged at .05 per minute (nickel per minute)

Will Massage Receptionist work with our existing clinic phone number?

Absolutely. Just be sure you do not cancel service with your phone provider before you call us.

Will Massage Receptionist work with my cell phone?

Yes. Your MassageReceptionist number will be the number your clients call, and the service will ring your cell phone to reach you.

You can choose simultaneous ring which rings multiple phones at the same time, or sequential ring, which rings multiple phones one at a time in sequence. You specify how many times it rings at each phone.

How do I setup the voice mail to email feature?

We set it up for you. All we need is your email address, and you'll give us that when you complete your sign up form.

How do I access my voice messages?

Your voice messages will always be waiting for you in your email Inbox. You can also access them via your web portal login or simply by calling your number and hitting the '#' key when you hear your voice mail greeting.

Modality Video Questions

Can I use all the videos on my website if I want to?

Yes. Right now there are thirteen videos in the collection, but we plan on adding more soon. You'll receive the links to these videos in your Quick Start guide. You can link to them from your website or from your advertisement at ExecutiveMassage.com

Can the videos be emailed?

You can email the LINK to the video, but there's no way to email the video file itself....they "live" on the Web.

Why do some images depict scenes that aren't "true to life"?

As a therapist, you may look at some of the scenes and think, "that's not what a real massage looks like." Remember, the videos are designed to introduce people to massage or to new modalities and its important that the scenes be asthetically "relaxing" and "inviting".

Sure, an actual massage may look a bit different with low lights and the clients face in a headrest, etc...but it's not necessary to depict all the clinical details in this type of presentation.

Action Guide Questions

When are the Action Update™ emails sent?

ActionUpdates are sent monthly on the 8th day of every month.

What's included in the ActionUpdate?

ActionUpdates include a Stats section that tells you who's linking to your site, how many visitors you received and more. There's also a "20 Minutes of Marketing" section that will give you specific recommendations of tasks that you can complete to promote your site. These are recommended based on the status of your website relative to search engine optimization and the competition in your local market, etc.
