Definitely. Yoga is a form of strength conditioning as well as a great stress relief. However, it will not make you incredibly big and buff. If that's what you want, you're going to have to eat a lot of protein and lift heavy weights. Yoga will firm up and tone your muscles (if you do it regularly, of course).
As for your buttocks and arms, I believe there are certain positions that concentrate on those particular areas.
