What do you like to get done at the spa?
My husband is treating me to a spa day for our anniversary. He said I could choose 3 things. Here are my choices:
~pedicure
~manicure
~60 min. facial
~deep tissue massage
~hot stone massage
~Reiki and Reflexology massage (not sure what that is)
I think you should choice three of these things that give the most of your body the benefit of this spa day. A deep tissue massage is one of the most relaxing things you can do. It gets rid of all the tension in your body, while aligning all your muscles so that when you leave you will be healthier. The facial sounds really nice as well. It is good to pamper your face so that you feel good about yourself and boost your confidence. And for the third, I would go with the manicure as a vain treat to show everyone you got to go to the spa
