three months pregnant- Can I lay on my stomach?

I ask because tomorrow I am going to a spa for a massage and what if they dont have maternity tables? Can I lay on my stomach
It is a 1 hour full body massage so I dont think I would stay on my stomach the whole time

I am almost 23 weeks pregnant and I sleep on my stomach for 8-10 hours at night, and my baby is fine. Your baby is well protected in there.
