I bought a crazy fit massager...whats the best way to use it?

The other day my dad bought a crazy fit massger. I just stand on it, I don't know if thats the best way to use it. I want to decrease the weight on my stomach area.

I have owned one of these machines since November 07,been on it on and off since then,the book that came with it wasn't very informative so i have learned by trial and error.
If you want to work specifically on your abs then just stand on it with your feet as wide apart as poss and try not to use the side handles,at first you might find as i did that it gives you a "stitch" feeling on your left or right side when you turn the power up but it will pass after a few sessions,just keep the power at what you feel comfortable with for now.
