I am a massage therapist to start. Has anyone ever used a weight belt or corset to help the mechanics?
I know it is easier to work long in this field if you use good launches, launches its knees and, most importantly, keep your back straight. I have not seen anyone wear a corset for the back, but he wondered if it would make sense?
I have not used either of support to help the mechanics, but it can be interesting to try to short-term to help serve as a constant reminder of training in the proper mechanics. One of the concerns reflect to support devices may be eventually become a "crutch" in the future if used long term. If you plan the support mechanisms to support their position, then you can take to strengthen the muscles distance necessary to maintain these positions for extended periods time. Over say three years of using these devices, you may be difficult for you to work without the support mechanisms, the creation of a "Crutch" which must now rely on these devices you can continue working. When, however, if you had the same three years, a conscious effort to train your muscles to hold these positions will be strengthened where necessary and create healthy habits, it is customary to prolong his career. Therefore, in other words, if you do not currently need a need for these devices, then is not recommended for long-term use, but perhaps short-term use might be interesting to try to move in the direction you want.
