muscle stimulator for face?
So like a lot of men I want to have a decently toned face. I know that electronic muscle stimulators send electric impulses to muscle to essentially give them a "workout" and actually build mass the same as an actual workout. This would appear to be the easiest way to achieve my goal.
I found a website that sells EMS (electronic muscle simulators) and even has an accessory for facial toning. my question is is this safe?? i dont want to cause any harm to tissues in my face and i dont want the muscles to become too big since once again it is my face.
If this item is so good for people - I wonder why stroke victims or people suffering from Classic Bell's Palsy are sent to Physical Therapy to have electronic muscle stimulation done by a professional by their physicians?
